1. Umehluko wezinto ezibonakalayo
(1) Ukumelana nokushisa
Isilinganiso sokushisa samakhebula avamile afakwe uthango ngokuvamile singu-70°C, kanti isilinganiso sokushisa samakhebula afakwe uthango e-polyethylene ahlanganiswe nge-cross-linked singafinyelela ku-90°C noma ngaphezulu, okuthuthukisa kakhulu ukumelana nokushisa kwekhebula, okwenza lifanelekele izindawo zokusebenza ezinzima kakhulu.
(2) Umthamo wokuthwala

2. Izinzuzo zekhebula elihlanganisiwe le-polyethylene elifakwe i-insulation
(1) Ukumelana nokushisa
I-polyethylene exhumene iguqulwa ngezindlela zamakhemikhali noma zomzimba ukuguqula isakhiwo sama-molecule esiqondile sibe isakhiwo senethiwekhi esinezinhlangothi ezintathu, okuthuthukisa kakhulu ukumelana nokushisa kwezinto. Uma kuqhathaniswa nokufakwa kwe-polyethylene okuvamile kanye ne-polyvinyl chloride, izintambo ze-polyethylene ezixhumene zizinzile kakhulu ezindaweni zokushisa okuphezulu.
(2) Izinga lokushisa eliphezulu lokusebenza
Izinga lokushisa lokusebenza elilinganiselwe lomqhubi lingafinyelela ku-90°C, okuphakeme kunelezintambo ze-PVC noma ze-polyethylene ezivalekile, ngaleyo ndlela kuthuthukiswe kakhulu amandla okuthwala ikhebula kanye nokuphepha kokusebenza kwesikhathi eside.
(3) Izakhiwo zemishini ezisezingeni eliphezulu
Ikhebula elihlanganisiwe le-polyethylene elifakwe uthayela lisenezakhiwo ezinhle ze-thermo-mechanical ekushiseni okuphezulu, ukusebenza okungcono kokuguga kokushisa, futhi lingagcina ukuzinza komshini endaweni yokushisa okuphezulu isikhathi eside.
(4) Isisindo esincane, ukufakwa okulula
Isisindo sekhebula elihlanganisiwe le-polyethylene elifakwe i-insulation silula kunelekhebula elivamile, futhi ukufakwa kwalo akukhawulelwe ukwehla. Lifaneleka kakhulu ezindaweni zokwakha eziyinkimbinkimbi kanye nezimo zokufakwa kwekhebula ezinkulu.
(5) Ukusebenza okungcono kwemvelo:
Ikhebula elihlanganisiwe le-polyethylene elifakwe uthango alinawo ama-halogen, alikhiphi amagesi anobuthi ngesikhathi sokusha, alinawo umthelela omkhulu emvelweni, futhi lifaneleka kakhulu ezindaweni ezinezidingo eziqinile zokuvikela imvelo.
3. Izinzuzo ekufakweni nasekugcinweni
(1) Ukuqina okuphezulu
Ikhebula le-polyethylene elihlanganisiwe elinokushisa lisebenza kahle kakhulu ekulweni nokuguga, lifanelekela ukumbozwa isikhathi eside noma ukuchayeka endaweni engaphandle, okunciphisa ukuvama kokufakwa kwekhebula.
(2) Ukuthembeka okuqinile kokuvikela ukushisa
Izakhiwo ezinhle kakhulu zokuvikela ugesi ze-polyethylene exhumene, enokumelana nogesi ophezulu kanye namandla okuphuka, zinciphisa ingozi yokwehluleka kokuvikela ugesi ekusetshenzisweni kwamandla aphezulu.
(3) Izindleko zokulungisa eziphansi
Ngenxa yokumelana nokugqwala kanye nokumelana nokuguga kwezintambo ezifakwe i-polyethylene ezihlanganisiwe, impilo yazo yesevisi ide, okunciphisa izindleko zokunakekelwa kwansuku zonke kanye nokushintsha.
4. Izinzuzo zokusekelwa okusha kwezobuchwepheshe
Eminyakeni yamuva nje, ngokuthuthukiswa kobuchwepheshe bezinto ze-polyethylene ezixhumene, ukusebenza kwayo kokuvikela kanye nezakhiwo zayo zomzimba kuye kwathuthukiswa kakhulu, njenge:
I-retardant yomlilo ethuthukisiwe, ingahlangabezana nezidingo zomlilo zezindawo ezikhethekile (njengesitimela sangaphansi komhlaba, isiteshi sikagesi);
Ukumelana nokubanda okuthuthukisiwe, okusazinzile endaweni ebanda kakhulu;
Ngenqubo entsha yokuxhumanisa, inqubo yokukhiqiza izintambo isebenza kahle kakhulu futhi inobungani nemvelo.
Ngenxa yokusebenza kwayo okuhle kakhulu, izintambo ze-polyethylene ezihlanganisiwe ezifakwe ugesi zithatha indawo ebalulekile emkhakheni wokudlulisa nokusabalalisa ugesi, zinikeza ukukhetha okuphephile, okuthembekile futhi okunobungani nemvelo kwamagridi kagesi asemadolobheni anamuhla kanye nentuthuko yezimboni.
